My dad was a wood worker so I knew we needed a wooden urn, its not like we are keeping him in there forever, he’s eventually going to be scattered, but we knew we had to find him a better resting place until then, so when I found Memorielle online and saw this, well, it was almost as if it was made just for him.
The urn arrived by overnight courier and was carefully packaged. The urn itself is exquisite, words nor photos do it justice. I love that’s it’s signed and has an authenticity certificate.
The team were super beautiful souls too helping me when I had written the wrong postal address and were just generally blooming loverly. Thanks team. 🫶🏼
Thank you so much for your beautiful words, Lisa. It means the world to us to know that the wooden urn felt so fitting for your dad, especially given his connection to woodworking. We’re truly honoured to have played a small part in giving him a meaningful resting place until his scattering.
We’re delighted to hear the urn arrived safely and that its craftsmanship resonated with you too. Our team put so much care into every piece, and knowing it brought you comfort is incredibly special to us.
Thank you as well for your kindness about our team. We’re always here to help, and we’re glad we could sort the address hiccup quickly for you.
Sending you and your family our heartfelt thoughts, and our deepest thanks for choosing Memorielle.
Best wishes, The Memorielle Team 🫶🏼
