Once you have placed your order, we will post an ordering pack to you containing everything that you need to return a token of ashes or hair to us. All interred memorial jewellery arrives in elegant gift packaging, with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity.

How much do I need to send?
We only require one level teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of hair per order, as the jewellery only holds a very small token. Any unused ashes or hair will be returned to you in a secure bag with your order.
How do I get the ashes to you?
Our ordering packs contain a secure bag for the ashes or hair, an order slip to stay with the ashes, and a prepaid envelope to safely return them to us.
How long does the interring process take?
Once we have received your ordering pack, we aim to inter and dispatch the jewellery via next working day delivery, within 1-2 business days. From placing your order to receiving your filled jewellery, usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
How do I care for my memorial jewellery?
All of our jewellery is crafted out of 925 Sterling Silver and Rhodium plated for added protection, which makes it easier to care for. However, to keep it in the best condition possible, please avoid contact with water, chemicals and perfumes, and try to prevent scratches from zips and buttons on clothing. Due to the nature of precious metals, some tarnishing can be expected over time, so you should use a soft silver polishing cloth occasionally to keep the jewellery looking its best.
Can I return my memorial jewellery?
We are unable to accept returns or give refunds for memorial jewellery that has been interred, as it is a personalised item. However, we do accepts returns for an item that has a manufacturing fault. All jewellery is closely inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch. Returns and refunds will only be given at our discretion.
